• I understand at all times I must remain infront of my pc

        while remote support is active

• I understand that Graham's Computers is not liable for any loss

        of data on my PC whilst it is being remopte controlled.

• I understand that for the duration of the remote support that anything

        on my screen is visible.

 

 

It is important that with remote support you remain infront of your pc at all times to see what is happening. There is a few advantages why this is a must
